We have many Churches across Cardiff and Caerphilly with many different styles of Worship and range of activities. This page will be used to share some of these events and activities and keep people up to date with what is happening in the Circuit.

People's Emergency Briefing: on the climate and nature crisis

Cardiff Eco Churches (including our own Methodist Eco Group) are working with Chapter to screen the 'People's Emergency Briefing'. Nine leading Scientists present the latest on the climate crisis and what this means for you. The film screening will be followed by a discussion led by members of the Cardiff Eco Church community. Do you know someone aged 8-18 who would love to join us on their journey of faith for a weekend of fun activities with other young people from around the country? 3Generate runs from 2nd to 4th October where we will be camping inside the Birmingham NEC. Tents and meals are provided along with many activities, so there is something for everyone. If you would like any more information or would like to book a space, please get in touch with Lisa office@cardiffmethodist.org.uk before the end of June.
If you are over 18 and would like to consider volunteering to help make the event run smoothly and successfully, there are opportunities for that too.

It was lovely to see so many people gathered together in Worship as a Circuit this morning. We heard all about 3Generate from the young people and encourage 8-18 year olds to join us this year. Rev. Andrew Charlesworth, District Chair preached on Matthew 9:35-10:1 “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
We are back, as Cardiff Methodists, joining the Pride Cymru Parade - and this year on our Circuit Service Eve! We want Cardiff to know that God, in Love, unites us.
The parade will be starting in Cardiff City Centre on Saturday 13th June at 11am but we will be gathering earlier (timings and meeting location tbc). We may also be continuing to gather in fellowship over going to find some food together after the march.
